Using state of the art technology, peer-to-peer coaching and in depth industry insights, this community can boost your performance like no other.
* MASTERMINDS *
LISA embodies several Mastermind Groups for you to gain first hand practical knowledge. There are frequent online meetings for Crewing, HQSE, Technical, Operations, IT, Innovation, Marketing & Communication and specific topics upon request. You are able to join any of them, depending on your position and interest. These meetings are fast, valuable and fun, and helps you to be on top of your game.
* MASTERCLASSES *
Occasionally, Mastermind sessions are extended to Masterclasses, where industry experts explain a specific topic in detail. It’s like going to a next level seminar, participating from anywhere you like. We even include online networking, to meet new and interesting people as well. Improve your knowledge and extend your network in a modern way.
* COURSES *
In cooperation with member companies, specific courses are developed and will become available at the end of 2020. These courses are one of a kind and embody practical content, game based learning principles and group learning all in one. Something truly unique in our industry.
* TECHNICAL VLOGS *
Every month, a technical vlog will be released from an equipment supplier. A behind the scenes video with focus on a specific technology and the company involved. Are you working at an equipment supplier and do you want to share something innovative to the industry? Just apply to the community host and we can make it happen.
* INTERVIEWS *
Every month, long interviews with interesting professionals from the network will be released in audio and video. Get inspired by CEO’s, crewing officers, superintendents, R&D experts or IT managers. Do you have something interesting to share as well? Apply to the community host and share your ideas.
* ASK QUESTIONS *
One of the best features in this community is the possibility to ask questions. Questions that take (too) much time to figure out yourself. Challenges that lead to frustration and are impossible to ask Google. So ask the community, find the answers with your peers. They may be able to help you out.
* GROUPS *
Sometimes new business ideas emerge between our community members. LISA supports these initiatives with dedicated groups and project facilitators. If needed, we can even play an active role within the project or help to find the expertise needed.
* OPEN OFFICE HOURS *
There are several tutorials to help you get familiar with LISA. In addition, every week we host open office hours for our members. You can ask live questions, change ideas or just hang out with other community members. These sessions are fun, inspiring and helpful for you to get the most out of this community.
